Our Story
After 21 years of serving in the United States Air Force, my family and I know a thing or two about moving. We've packed up our lives and relocated across the country and around the world more times than we can count — navigating new bases, new cities, and new homes with nothing but a stack of cardboard boxes, a roll of tape, and a prayer that everything would survive the trip. We lived the chaos of moving firsthand, and we understand better than anyone what it truly takes to get your life from one place to another.
Through all those moves, the story was always the same. Boxes collapsed under weight, tape gave out at the worst moments, and things we treasured ended up broken or damaged — not because we weren't careful, but because cardboard simply isn't built for the job. We watched boxes get crushed, contents shift, and move after move left us frustrated, exhausted, and surrounded by a mountain of waste we had to haul to the curb. There had to be a better way — and we made it our mission to find it.
When we settled here in the Tri-Cities, we knew this community deserved a smarter and easier moving solution.
